Can I use samples to complete my installation?

Unfortunately, we’re not able to provide sample inventory to supplement installation shortages. There are several carefully considered reasons for this:

• Sample stock is limited and intended for review only.

Samples are produced in small batches to help clients understand the general look, feel, and colorway of a tile—not to complete an installation. Because they are not pulled from the same production lot as full orders, they may not match what you’ve already received. Using samples to finish a project can lead to mismatched tiles, further delays, and disappointment.

• Using samples for installations depletes availability for other customers.

 Our sample inventory is intentionally maintained to allow as many clients as possible to make informed product decisions. When sample quantities are used to fill installation gaps, it reduces availability for customers who genuinely need samples and can impact future orders across multiple collections.

• Our system automatically flags excessive sample requests.

 Multiple sample orders totaling more than four pieces per colorway per project are flagged by our system and may be cancelled, as we are unable to fulfill sample requests intended for installation under any circumstance.
