WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE clé SUMMER EDITION 2026 EVENT

The clé Summer Edition Event (“Summer Edition Event” or this “promotion”) includes free shipping sitewide on orders of $1250 or greater (before tax). Exclusions apply.


ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for the Summer Edition Event free shipping offer, your order must total $1250 or more before tax. Orders that do not meet this minimum will not be eligible for free shipping, and shipping charges will apply. Please note that tile samples are excluded from this promotion and do not contribute to the $1250 minimum required for free shipping.


LEAD TIMES

Our lead times, shipping, and delivery dates are estimates only. Please pay close attention to lead times when placing your order. Lead times are subject to change once the event is live and may vary for each item in your order.


ALL SALES FINAL

All eligible Summer Edition Event orders are considered FINAL SALE. Our standard 3-hour window for cancellations and modifications DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY SUMMER EDITION EVENT ORDERS; no cancellations or modifications will be accepted. By making a purchase during this promotion, you acknowledge and agree that no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided for any reason.


DURATION

This promotion is valid for a limited time only. The Summer Edition Event begins on Friday, June 26, 2026, at 12:01 AM Eastern Standard Time and ends on Monday, June 29, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time. Discounts offered during this promotion are NOT applicable to ANY orders placed before this promotion begins or after this promotion ends. No exceptions.


ADD-ON ORDERS (also known as - did not order enough tile!)

No add-on orders will be eligible for the promotion offer once it ends. We strongly encourage you to confirm that the quantities are correct before ordering. We also always recommend factoring in a minimum of 15% overage to ensure against additional needs to cover potential cuts, common shipping breakage and/or future repairs, as well as a minimum of 25% overage for some collections where details such as tile color, texture, and natural imperfections are especially important, providing for greater personal selectivity. Furthermore, in the event that not enough tile is ordered and an add-on order is placed, there is NO guarantee that the order will match the original order in color and size, as the material between production batches may vary.


SAMPLING

Tile samples added to your order are not eligible for this promotion and do not count towards the minimum of $1250 required for free shipping. If you are sampling and your order does not arrive in time for the Summer Edition Event, we cannot extend this promotion beyond its official start and end dates. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery once samples are shipped, including but not limited to delays caused by third-party carriers.


DELIVERY AREA/ADDITIONAL DELIVERY FEES

Free shipping on Summer Edition Event orders applies only to the contiguous United States. Please note if you are shipping to an area deemed hard to reach by our shipping provider or require specialized equipment to deliver, additional fees will apply. Our shipping provider will determine the applicable fees before the delivery. These additional fees must be paid in full before your delivery. All orders must be inspected upon delivery and any shortage or damage MUST be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Do not refuse your shipment if damaged, as it will delay the claims process. Delivery times provided are estimates only, and delays due to third-party carrier issues or other factors beyond our control will not entitle you to cancellation, refund, or compensation.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The Summer Edition Event promotion applies only to orders shipped to addresses in the contiguous United States. It does NOT apply to international orders. If you have any questions about this policy, please email contact@cletile.com.


STORAGE/HOLDS

We do not store or hold paid or unpaid material in our warehouses for any reason. All tile deliveries will be by appointment and will require a responsible party to be present for and sign for the delivery. (i.e. our shipping providers cannot leave tiles at the door.) Please ensure that the responsible party has reviewed how the tile will be delivered and our shipping policies. All deliveries are curbside only.


Failure to schedule an appointment with our shipping providers can result in non-refundable storage fees and/or return shipping costs and attempt fees for which you will be responsible. Please refer to our comprehensive shipping and delivery policies.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the purchase or use of any eligible Summer Edition Event items. By purchasing items during the Summer Edition Event, you acknowledge and agree that your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the products or any related claims is limited to the purchase price of the eligible items purchased during this promotion.


GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

These terms and conditions of the Summer Edition Event are governed by and construed in accordance to the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without reference to its conflicts of law principles. The exclusive venue for any judicial action or dispute arising out of or relating to this promotion will be the state courts located in Marin County, California, or the federal courts located Northern District of California.


APPLICABILITY OF STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All purchases made during the Summer Edition Event are subject to our standard Terms and Conditions, except where expressly stated otherwise in this document. By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by all such terms and conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any inconsistencies between this document and our standard Terms and Conditions regarding eligible Summer Edition Event orders, the terms of this document shall control.
