The clé Winter White Sale (“Winter White Sale” or this “Promotion”) offers a 25% discount on a wide selection of eligible tiles. Valid while supplies last. Exclusions apply.
ELIGIBILITY AND PRICING
All prices for Winter White Sale items are as marked at the time of purchase; no additional discounts, reductions, or adjustments will apply beyond the stated Winter White Sale pricing. Only products explicitly designated for the Winter White Sale are eligible for discounted pricing under this promotion. Products not designated for the Winter White Sale are excluded from this promotion and will remain available at regular prices.
LEAD TIMES AND ORDER PROCESSING
All lead times, shipping, and delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Please review the estimated lead times carefully before placing your order. Lead times may change once the Promotion is live and will vary by item in your order.
Important: clé’s offices will be closed from December 24, 2025, through January 4, 2026. Therefore, during the closure, client support will be unavailable. If you have an inquiry, please email us at contact@cletile.com, and we’ll respond when we return. You will still be able to order online 24/7 as usual, and order processing will resume on January 6, 2026, in the order for which they were received during the office closure.
ALL SALES FINAL
All eligible Winter White Sale orders are considered FINAL SALE. Our standard 3-hour window for cancellations and modifications DOES NOT apply to any Winter White Sale orders; no cancellations or modifications will be accepted. By making a purchase during this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree that no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided for any reason.
DURATION
This Promotion is valid for a limited time only. The Winter White Sale begins on Monday, Dec 22, 6:00 AM PT and ends on Tuesday, Dec 30, 8:59 PM PT. Discounts offered during this Promotion are NOT applicable on ANY orders placed before this Promotion begins or after this Promotion ends. No exceptions.
ADD-ON ORDERS (also known as - did not order enough tile!)
No add-on orders will be fulfilled at the discounted pricing once this Promotion ends. We strongly encourage you to confirm that the quantities are correct before ordering. We also always recommend factoring in a minimum of 15% overage to ensure against additional needs to cover potential cuts, common shipping breakage and/or future repairs, as well as a minimum of 30% overage for certain items. Furthermore, in the event that not enough tile is ordered and an add-on order is placed, there is NO guarantee that the order will match the original order in color and size, as the material between production batches may vary.
SAMPLING
Tile samples added to your order are not eligible for this Promotion. If you are sampling and your order does not arrive in time for the Winter White Sale, we cannot extend this Promotion beyond its official start and end dates. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery once samples are shipped, including but not limited to delays caused by third-party carriers.
DELIVERY AREA/ADDITIONAL DELIVERY FEES
Winter White Sale orders include shipping to the contiguous United States only. Please note that if you are shipping to an area deemed hard to reach by our shipping provider or require specialized equipment to deliver, additional fees will apply. Our shipping provider will determine the applicable fees before the delivery. These additional fees must be paid in full before your delivery. All orders must be inspected upon delivery and any shortage or damage MUST be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Do not refuse your shipment if it is damaged, as it will delay the claims process. Delivery times provided are estimates only, and delays due to third-party carrier issues or other factors beyond our control will not entitle you to cancellation, refund, or compensation.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The Winter White Sale Promotion only applies to orders shipped in the contiguous United States. It does NOT apply to international orders. If you have any questions about this policy, please email contact@cletile.com.
STORAGE/HOLDS
We do not store or hold paid or unpaid material in our warehouses for any reason. All tile deliveries will be by appointment and will require a responsible party to be present for and sign for the delivery. (i.e. our shipping providers cannot leave tiles at the door.) Please ensure that the responsible party has reviewed how the tile will be delivered and clé's shipping policies. All deliveries are curbside only.
Failure to schedule an appointment with our shipping providers can result in non-refundable storage fees and/or return shipping costs and attempt fees for which you will be responsible. Please refer to our comprehensive shipping and delivery policies.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the purchase or use of any eligible Winter White Sale items. By purchasing items during the Winter White Sale, you acknowledge and agree that your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the products or any related claims is limited to the purchase price of the eligible items purchased during this Promotion.
GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These terms and conditions of the Winter White Sale are governed by and construed in accordance to the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without reference to its conflicts of law principles. The exclusive venue for any judicial action or dispute arising out of or relating to this Promotion will be the state courts located in Marin County, California, or the federal courts located Northern District of California.
