When will I receive my samples?

Samples are shipped ground within 2-3 business days of your order. Transit times will vary depending on your proximity from our California sample studio. We do have additional shipping options available during checkout if you require expedited shipping.

How can I expedite my sample order?

We can expedite your order for an additional fee or using your FedEx account. Please note: Expedited orders placed prior to 12:00 pm Pacific Standard Time will ship out the same business day. Once your order is shipped we cannot change the shipping method.

Can I return samples?

Once you purchase samples they are yours to keep.
